Dear Members with ROKU problems. After experiencing "Loading" problem on ROKU we worked with ROKU team to find solution and finally received recommendation from them! Here the instruction: You need just remove Memocast channel from your ROKU device ind install our channel again. Steps: "Go to the Home Screen, select a channel you want to remove (in this case - Memocast) and press the * (star) button on your remote. then. Select "Remove channel" and press "OK" on your remote to remove that channel from your Roku. After that follow same steps as you installed memocast channel: Open Roku site https://my.roku.com/account Sign In to your Roku account Open your account settings In "Manage Account" section of the page click on Add a Channel Enter access code QGXVTRV and click "Add Channel" Memocast Channel will appear on your Roku device in a few minutes We apologize for the inconvenience and long time fix from ROKU team.
